Home Treatment came at 6 and were very happy with my progress, even though I was still in pjs. They will discharge me formally tomorrow, and I'll make an appointment to see my CPN later in the week. I'm pleased with myself - I feel a lot better and am happy to be discharged - when one's ill, it's scary to have to give up the support, so I must be mended as I don't mind. My crisis plan allows me to phone HT if I get ill again, so I've got a fallback position. I'm very lucky with my care, and I'll email HT to say thank you for all their help.
I'm watching the Great British Bake Off as there's bugger all else on the TV. It's stressful watching people cook in a competition, and I don't watch Masterchef for that reason. Nerves can't stand it. I'll go to bed at 9 and take all my tablets, hoping to be asleep by 10. Maybe I'll blog again in the middle of the night.

That's good news Hannah. HT do seem to have delivered an excellent service, by what I can tell from reading your blog posts. xxx Comments are closed.
