Thought I'd chuck a picture in - this is of one of the salmon I caught on the Tay when I was fishing in Scotland. Apologies to any vegetarians out there. I had it smoked and ate it with friends. Fishing is good for the soul - there's nothing like standing by a river, listening to the sound of the water and watching the birds. Sadly, because of arthritis, I've had to give it up, so it's just bird watching from now on. I'm not sorry in a way - I hate killing things.
I'll say more about therapy next.
I spent 16 years in the RAF defending the Free World , then got bunged out unceremoniously for being bipolar. I and was subsequently diagnosed with PTSD. Funny old world, isn't it?
