Here I am once more, and thank you for following me. I slept hardly a wink last night, despite taking more than the usual dose of quetiapine. Initially I couldn't get to sleep, then I woke at 0200 - absolutely on the ball and wide awake. I had a bowl of cereal and went back to bed, but sleep eluded me. Luckily, the film Brighton Rock was on - I did the book by Graham Greene for O level. So I watched that. Got to sleep about 0600 and woke at 0900 - and dozed in the armchair for most of the morning until Tesco's arrived. Since then, I've done very little except my exercises for shoulders and back, which the physio gave me. My shoulders particularly are very painful at night, and they seize up in odd positions, which then wakes me.
I have friends coming for the weekend, so I'll have to get myself together - and washed and dressed - by lunchtime. Comments are closed.
