I had a panic then - I couldn't get into this site to check my stats or write anything. So I did what every competent computer user does - rebooted it - and here I am. I wonder why that works? Some say that ECT reboots the brain, but no one understands that, either. On the three occasions I've had ECT, it worked twice but not the third time. For the first and second sessions, I went to Dorchester, but for the third, I went to Bournemouth - must be a different type of electricity over there because it failed, and I just got better in my own time. Mind you, that was the 8 month admission, so I took rather a long time.
Just had a bowl of Shreddies - they're smaller than I remember them to be. So are Mars Bars. It's back on the coffee and fags now - I'd love a Red Bull, but that would be stupid as I'd quite like to get to sleep again. Actually, energy drinks often have a paradoxical effect on me and send me to sleep, rather like coffee. But I won't risk it.
Well, I think I'll try bed again, and see what happens.
I spent 16 years in the RAF defending the Free World , then got bunged out unceremoniously for being bipolar. I and was subsequently diagnosed with PTSD. Funny old world, isn't it?
