Had quite a few visitors today, followed by the nurse from HT. She packed me in to the car and we went to the George Albert for tea and sandwiches, which was very nice. Now I'm exhausted, which might mean that I have a good sleep tonight. I'm doing what I did yesterday, taking two lorazepam now, to slow me down before I go to bed. Over the past couple of nights, I've had 8 hours and 6 1/2 hours, so not too bad. Getting up at 0500 was pretty grim, however. I"m feeling at my worst at that time, and I know I have a terribly long day to face.
Tomorrow, HT are phoning at 0930 to arrange a visit, then I might go out with Erle. On Sunday, HT are taking me to Sutton Bingham to feed the ducks. I'll write more later - off for a lor Comments are closed.
